I bought it because it’s almost plug and play in my 110a garage. Also got it for a great price refurbished but literally everything on it and in it is brand new w/ a two year warranty fir $473.

Yeah that's what's appealing to me. The MVP210 does have the dual plug function which is kinda cool. Use the 110V plug for light stuff, switch to the 220v for the heavy duty welding.

But the HH140 is such a good value.

Ok okay... this was before I bought a welder and simply attached w/ self drilling screws and seam sealer but it does hold.
I got the idea to pound the metal over the wood from a guy on Facebook who did his 40 tub rebuild the same way.

Have a Lincoln 180 that is the 220v and love it. Has great functionality and ability to weld up some great stuff. The welder is really one of those things that you should purchase the highest powered, most versatile one that you can the first go round. This way when you eventually move on to more advanced and thicker stuff you have the capability to do so. The multi-function/multi-voltage units are awesome about that kind of stuff and give you lots of versatility and functionality in a single box.
