coaster 1987 cannot find to buy an 24V alternator (1 Viewer)

Hello Everybody for taking the time to have a look.
Searched everywhere but could not find a buy for my coaster: - regulator was changed but overcharging at 35V... any idea?
Toyota Coaster 1987 3.4L 24V vin BB2100078ZD...
From my research it could be Toyota OEM 27020-56130

I’m in Sydney and had mine done a couple of years ago
A 24v landcruiser 60 series
The electrician used 24v Toyota dyna kit
It was was exactly the same alternator service kit and easily available

Have you tried Ashdown Ingrams, they are a subsidiary of Repco? They have or had universal 24v with vac pump alternators.

They told me to go there with the alternator to see if they can find a replacement from...let's say Hitachi.

Yes, I think the Isuzu diesels use a Hitachi alternator that can be used on your engine. Stay in touch and tell us how it works out.

Unfortunately, could not find a new one...found one second hand but they ripped me off...too bad...unhappy

...found another one compatible...vacuum pump has a part that is not exactly the same but I will switch them...maybe it will help someone else...27040-58020
