I own an 86 HJ60 CDN with a 12HT swap.
My clutch pedal started to feel real spongy yesterday, only really engaging at bottom end of stroke and literally nothing at the top. So I did the usual check on fluid in the master cylinder and if there are any leaks inside and out. Also checked slave cylinder. In all cases an external check yields no apparent issues, fluid level good.
I haven't checked lines to see if there is a crack or split, etc, yet, but to prepare I thought I would source out a master cylinder and slave for spares to replace if need be.
From the pic you can see that it appears as though my master is a two "bolt" unit (part # 31410-60061), but I had the impression that those were for the earlier models up to 04/85. Would POs have mod'd the mount? I would have expected a 31410-60282 one bolt, one stud. What the hoohay?
