spongy clutch pedal

I own an 86 HJ60 CDN with a 12HT swap. My clutch pedal started to feel real spongy yesterday, only really engaging at bottom end of stroke and literally nothing at the top. So I did the usual check on fluid in the master cylinder and if there are any leaks inside and out. Also checked slave...
