So this week the episode dropped a bit early. Which means that you'll have to wait a bit longer for next week. However this week will not disappoint, I have the distinct pleasure of speaking with Ali Loder in Scotland. If you are playing the drinking game you might want to pace yourself with this one. Because apparently in addition to "yeah" there is a new one "you know" I tried some different ear buds so my audio sounds more funky then normal, and there was some connection issues that I had to edit out at the end but we still talk about it.

Classic Land Cruisers the calendar is nearly at the goal of the Kickstarter campaign. Like within $15 or so. The only way to be sure to get yours is by pledging on the Kickstarter.

Just an update. Classic Land Cruisers the calendar Has met the initial funding goal nearly a month ahead of time frame goal and as of right now there will be enough for about 25 calendars ordered. If you have pledged any money you will get your calendars first after they come back from the printer. Having said that there is still time to pledge to guarantee that you will get yours, there has been about 15 people who have graciously decided to help out in this wild idea that I have had. I am humbled by your support. I have some dates, activities and events already in the calendar, but I want as many Land Cruiser events as possible in there. If you have an event for next year that you want the word to get out for let me know. Also if there are a few more pledges I can increase that number of calendars to 35. I set the time frame for just about 2 months (60 days) thinking I might not make it to my goal in a month. I thought about ending the campaign after I hit the goal, but didn't see where or how to change that. So I will proceed with the original time frame. The Kickstarter will end at the end of this month, and from there I will get them done as fast as possible to get them to all of the supporters first then will sell them to who ever wants one ( cost of the calendar plus shipping). I can't begin to thank all of you supporters enough. But when they are gone they will be gone.

The latest episode of THE podcast is up now. I return the favor with Joey Anderson of the Anderson Overland podcast and have him on as a guest to talk about how getting an 80 series for his daughter that he an her could restore, cause him to get bit by the bug and got an 80 for himself. Which ended up being a good thing because her 80 ended up with a cracked block.

The good news is I am going to get order 45 calendars and so far have nearly got 1.5 times my original goal. The Bad news is that I have to wait till the end of the Kickstarter campaign. I haven't quite figured out to end the campaign early. But on the positive side, just about 21 days or so till the order gets submitted. then once I get the calendars back they will be going in the mail. Thank you to all of those who have supported me in the podcast and in the calendar! If there are any events happening next year let me know, I will get them in the calendar.
