Nice, that's what you should have done from the get go.

This

Sent from my DROIDX using IH8MUD

For whatever reason... May be psychological... The rig seems to RIDE better on the street?
Softer tread? All in my head?? Donno, but I sure love it!!!

That looks tons better. Those iroks are going to do great!

Yeah, they do look much better!
From a distance, the 35's looked like 33's with the tube fenders and the comp cut. So much space to fill.
There's never been a time that the 35's weren't adequate, but... The 37's just LOOK so much better!!
Hoping that they will drop the rpm down on the hwy a bit.

man that looks great. im seriously jealous of your rig. im dying to bolt my 37" Rockers on my 40. Well done, Chicago, well done.

Creeper, if you can swing the radials, go for it, you will not be dissapointed.

*EDIT* Creeper i sent you a pm responding to your question. Didnt want to hijack Chicagos thread too much...

Why would the radials be better than the bias?!? The bias are 20 lbs. lighter and stronger sidewall...

Road manners.
The bias are a lot stiffer and not as friendly on the street.
I was looking hard at a set of bias tires too, but I drive my rig to and from the trails which will be long distances in some cases and I do not wanna be fighting the tires the whole way!!

Thanks boys!!
Its.... Pleasing, to not only look at it, but DRIVE IT!!
I get happy everytime is see it :) the tires have exponentiated that!! It was one of those things with the 35's that ever time I looked at it it think... "damn I need bigger tires!! It'd be perfect w/ bigger tires!!"
Just need the weather to cooperate so o can get out and USE EM!!
I've almost got EVERYTHING done for the time being.
Im gonna run a cross bar on the cage across the bottom of the windshield, that will strengthen the cage, but also be what I mount my cup holders on :)
Picked up some tubing clamps (1.5 in ID) for 10 bucks, that I'm gonna mount em off of. So now I'll have a place for my BELOVED SPITTER CUP!! I'm just LOST without it!
Got the floor mats in, washer res mounted, wired and working with the help of rustytlc. All that is left before the big run to death valley is a mic mount for my 2M radio! May add some strap hooks under the seats for gear.
I just can't believe it's finally DONE!!!

I'll get some more interior pic w/ everything in place. It's quite comfy.
I'm not IN LOVE w/ my seats though!!! May do something about those down the road.

I was gouing to call BS on this but I guess it is a real word.
Noun 1. exponentiation - the process of raising a quantity to some assigned power

The truck looks great in person.

Could you do something about the weather?

I was using google earth and found the exit for Dead Horse canyon, we must explore it in person.

Tire price

Looks awesome! I love my Iroks and will be getting another set in 37" flavor when the time comes. I would love to try Pit Bull Rockers but not for an extra $125 per tire! LOL

Not to hijack but how do you get a difference of $125? I keep seeing the Irok and Rocker for 300-350 a tire in the 37" variety.

Wow... Where!?
I paid 384 a piece for mine, and that was cheaper then summit for 387 which was the LOWEST in had found.
You might be looking at bias ply tires?? They are cheaper than radials.
I was considering rockers, but they were more than the iroks.

Please tell me where! The best price I can find on a bias 37" Irok is $315 and the bias 37" Rocker is $425... If I could get the Rocker for $350 I would do that for sure!

Sorry for the hi-jack, Chicago... :whoops:

I am pretty sure I paid 350 for my 37x17 rockers. I just found some 37x15 for 340 and 37x17 for 385 all radials.

Ooops sorry... I paid 284 a piece for mine!!
