Cruiser Drew...The dimension from flange to flange is 25 in!!!!!!!!!:bounce::bounce2::bounce::bounce2:

few more!

Here they are!
So the shackle angel with the weight of the rear is 30 deg. At full droop, I set it to 10 deg. The perch width and hangers are set at 40 in.
However, even though I measured and measured, ONE shackle angle is WAY OFF like 10 deg way off. There was a difference in the springs for some reason in the dimensions. Im probably gonna have to grind that s*** out and re set it kinda pissed about it, but what can you do.

Your outriggers look very pro. Nicely done.

That's great news about the rear driveshaft. You should be driving that in 2-3 weeks!

Thanks man!
I couldnt wait to tell you especially since we both were leery about weather or not it would fit.. I was very happy to find that I was WELL over the 18 min length.

I have a minitruck DC shaft that is 25 in, but the bolt patterns dont match. CRAP!

I knew you would be able to squeeze plenty of DL in there.

I would drill your flanges to match the DC shaft you have. Toyota did the hard work for you, the DS centers on the flange, use the shaft as your guide and drill away. Saves time and money.

That is a good point.
That mini rear I bought off of you is ALMOST a perfect fit. I might need to have it shortened a bit though as it WOULD be bottomed out at ride height.

Honestly, I wasnt 100% sure about the shaft. I was pretty sure, but I DID have my doubts. I definitely wanted to do better than the min. length.

looking good Keith. nice welds for a hacker! Ha!...can't wait to see that thing. Rubithon next year? or maybe Cruise Moab.

Me too. It sucks not wheeling right now.
Rubithon is TOUGH because it falls on my anniversary weekend. Cruise Moab is possible though.

Wow, the stuff you are doing looks great, love your welds.

Keep the pics comming.

Thanks for the weld props. I try to do the best that I can with what I have.

That anniversary is half yours right?

Given how tolerant your wife is, if she doesn't want to wheel on your anniversary I'd say do skip the wheelin.

Flip that second leaf so that the military wrap is on the frame side ;)
