I've requested the time off for this trip. Let's see if that matters. Put me as tentative and in the 40.
Based on our earlier conversation, I'd thought for sure you were coming. I hope it will work out for you to come out.

This was a quick idea. On a black shirt centered on the front. Is this the 1st Annual? I can make one with more information but I kinda thought this was vintage looking/ FYI the full image is cleaner

Great design. Simple and clean. I'm not a fan of the other one that had the paragraph written on it. Either way I will be purchasing 1. I will be purchasing two if kid sizes are available.

I love this, but wonder if we could consider a pocket - t with the print on the back? I think that style is much "classier", just like our vintage trucks :D

I was thinking the exact same thing. It costs a little bit more to make shirts this way since you'll be printing on both sides + pocket tees more expensive. I'm happy paying the difference.

Please keep the shirt navy or black if possible.

Thanks for the input and ideas on the design. I'm really hoping for something with more of a "throw back" (vintage) look and feel, like this one offered by Sackwear: Sierra Nevada Cruisers - Sackwear Note: I like a lot of this guy's designs and own several of his shirts.

The campsite for this, GROUP CAMP "A", has a large, relatively central fire ring and a stone wall with 3 or 4 charcoal grills built into it. I can vouch for them working well the last few years. There are 2 - 4 picnic tables there. The camp site pads are all under the tree canopy. USFS blocked off direct vehicle access to the pads but it's probably only 25'-100' to any of them.

This is the area where we do the raffle for Logan's Run. It's on the right as you pull into Group Camp.

I think Macho Man raided Sly Stone's dressing room. I'm guessing you won the auction for his clothes?

Awwwwww.... yeah...... SNAP INTO A SLIM JIM...

This closely resembles what you would see at any given 1970's off road race event:

Perhaps on the artwork and t-shirts... If you actually saw that at an off road event in the 70's that mushroom pizza you ate may have been 'magic'....

I'm bringing the pizza! ;)

I need firm up the numbers in my working budget and need a better headcount to do this. If it helps you decide, I'm still thinking $10 per family, but would like for some of those that on the tentative list to commit by the Meet and Greet on March 12th. To keep from cluttering up this thread, please PM me if I can move you from tentative to committed. I want to collect funds the week of March 12th - 19th so as to have time to order what is needed.

I expect to hear from the Keefers regarding T-shirt and sticker designs in the coming days. They or I will share them as and when appropriate.

Now for the fun stuff:
As far as the planning, it is my suggestion that the first trip of the day will be all-inclusive on an easy trail. It will be called "The Mustache Dash". Drivers (and passengers hopefully) will be asked to wear their vintage attire and a self-adhesive mustache, to be provided (part of what the $10 cost will cover).

Attendees, their attire, vehicles, and camping gear will all be judged in several categories and prizes awarded accordingly late in the afternoon or around dinnertime on Saturday. Bonus credit will be given to those drivers who grow a suitable mustache and/or sideburns for the event.

If you have suggestions/ideas for things we should do for added fun, please PM them to me.

EDIT: $10 per family, not per person. No additional charges for spouses or children.
