I bought this in a FJ40 parts lot and don't recognize it. It's much smaller than the 2F carb--so much smaller I wonder if it was even on the 1F but a bunch of the parts were off a '69 FJ40 that had been wrecked. Looks like a 36/32 and it's a progressive. Number on the carb is 7013.

Exhausted my resources trying to ID the thing so I'm hoping for help. Thanks in advance! JD

Does it have a large site glass for the fuel window ?

Kinda looks like it does.

Above the sight glass, stamped on the air horn is a series of numbers-letter-numbers.....what does it read?

Also looks like it has ported vacuum for use with vac advance distributor. Good!

I thought it was 7013 but, looking at it closer, it looks like '7C13'

It does have two vacuum ports, one is ported.

I appreciate the help! JD

Well, AFAIK, it is a '70-'74 carb. Not many were ported vacuum. The ones on FJ55s were, I think. Anyway, that is a good carb. If that "7" is a "1" it was made March 13th 1971.

Thanks for your help. It's strange. It lacks so many components the ones pictured have--it isn't even tapped for anything other than what's one it. It has no choke breaker, no idle solenoid, no fuel return, etc., etc., etc. It's such a bare bones unit. Is there a chance it just came off an old 4cyl Toyota pickup or something?

Thanks again.

Not a LandCruiser carb...
