I searched and couldn’t find an answer, thanks.

You can search online for Lexus parts, find the part number, then go to a Toyota parts website and plug that number in, or vice versa (AFAIK it is the same part)

Not a parts expert, but the majority of parts are the same between the Toyota and Lexus models except for Lexus specific things like some interior parts (seat covers, door cards, center console), body cladding, doors and fenders (more holes for the cladding), front grill and headlamps, front corner/park lamps, head unit/sound system, HVAC automatic temp control, Antenna motor (97 80 series is similar to the LX auto up/down), badges/emblems, softer suspension spring, ----

I replace my drivers side mirror on my lx with one from a cruiser fits fine , hell paint even matched.
