I'm looking for a well maintained California registered 1994–1997 FZJ80 or Lexus LX450. ~150,000 miles or less. Minimal mods/upgrades are okay, but not overly built or off-road abused. Stock is fine. Clean title and records of maintenance are a big plus.

Any color but black.

There is a really nice (aesthetically) low milage white one in Canyon Lake. I think the asking price is crazy, but for sub 100k miles, I guess it is what it is. Asking is $37k. It does have a salvage title, but I'm not sure that matters on a used car this old? Seller also has a 40th edition one that is also clean for cheaper, again, salvaged title though. I met the seller and looked at another 80 he had for sale, but we were much too far apart on valuation.

Front end damage is what he told me. He has 3 or 4 FZJ/LX series for sale, he said he bought them all off of CoPart to fix and flip. He told me he splits time between costa rica and california, so that may be why he hasn't replied. Russian guy, very thick accent.

Thanks. Just spoke to him on the phone. Nice guy. Got the same story. Front end damage, cut and re-welded frame, repaired and repainted hood etc. Gonna pass.

I have this LX450 in Dallas TX. 1996 all stock 56k miles. Needs nothing. Drives like a Land Cruiser with only 56k should. DM me if that’s something of interest to you
