what’s the best pads for the 80s series Land Cruiser? ITs my daily driver so I drive it on the highway a lot, but I also off-road too. What’s a good pad for both areas?

Toyota...But is there a certain brand that is good?
Not a fan of dealer pads. EBC Green Stuff are nice, now I just run whatever ceramic. Don't do the 100 thing anymore, don't see the point of the poor/improper fit for slightly longer pad life.

This is what can happen with 100 series pads. They tend to ride outboard of the rotor O D. When checking your pad thickness it looks like they are fine, but in reality not so.
I went with 100 series akebono pads for mine.
Increased surface area = more stopping power
A buddy of mine runs that same setup on his 97, he pulls his overland trailer all over the desert southwest and swears by that setup.Mines a DD and bought PowerStop rotors and pads.
