How long would oil pump cover and seal take if one did not slide down the OCD slippery dip?

Fan, clutch, belts and shroud need to come out. Assuming no drama it could all be done in 2-3hrs. In fact this was the first time I ever had issues doing it. šŸ˜ž

Cheers man
Was your issue having the OCD kick in? Or something else?

It’s not having it in check. I’m forced to use this as a marketing vehicle so it’s very easy to give in to the impulses because it needs to look the part. Besides the absolute need to baseline and PM has always been strong.

Some may look and see a new OEM windshield washer tank. Others see a methanol injection storage tank.

I’m Others.

I did say meth was the answer. Now link up the pump to an OEM switch for the win.

Got the Ron Davis Racing radiator back from anodizing. I almost went with black but decided against it because it will show any and all scratches. Went with a clear anodize and happy I did. This thing looks fantastic. All of the grain of the aluminum stayed but the color is very even all the way around. Its really hard to explain but you need to see to appreciate. And no thats not me. I'm a foot taller and crazy jealous of his hair :(

Hot damn that’s purty. When they anodize it I assume they dipped it in a big tank so all the fine should be all anodized too. If that’s the case then that’s bees knees!

Ah, I see. Was a little confused about what I was seeing. Thanks.

The stupid wastegate FINALLY showed up so that the shop can test fit and properly jig the downpipe for the turbo and they had a couple of small design suggestions and I accepted all of them. Production on these start now and should start coming off the assembly line mid-week.

Ugh just want to see these in all of your hands!

I was afraid to scroll down and see what was in your picture

I had the shop make me up a post turbo elbow with a welded in 1/8ā€ bung for the methanol nozzle. This is just for me and just to test out a potential methanol kit so don’t get too excited just yet 😜
