Fan, clutch, belts and shroud need to come out. Assuming no drama it could all be done in 2-3hrs. In fact this was the first time I ever had issues doing it.

It’s not having it in check. I’m forced to use this as a marketing vehicle so it’s very easy to give in to the impulses because it needs to look the part. Besides the absolute need to baseline and PM has always been strong.
Got the Ron Davis Racing radiator back from anodizing. I almost went with black but decided against it because it will show any and all scratches. Went with a clear anodize and happy I did. This thing looks fantastic. All of the grain of the aluminum stayed but the color is very even all the way around. Its really hard to explain but you need to see to appreciate. And no thats not me. I'm a foot taller and crazy jealous of his hair

Hot damn that’s purty. When they anodize it I assume they dipped it in a big tank so all the fine should be all anodized too. If that’s the case then that’s bees knees!
All of the turbo intake tubes are are either done or about to be done as of today. These three pieces will be going out to be powder coated in a black wrinkle finish on Monday.
The stupid wastegate FINALLY showed up so that the shop can test fit and properly jig the downpipe for the turbo and they had a couple of small design suggestions and I accepted all of them. Production on these start now and should start coming off the assembly line mid-week.

Oil drain hoses for the turbo kits are just about done. The 45° ends that arrived were the wrong ones so had to be reordered. These will be done by Monday.
I had the shop make me up a post turbo elbow with a welded in 1/8” bung for the methanol nozzle. This is just for me and just to test out a potential methanol kit so don’t get too excited just yet
