Fun to check on on this thread and see the evolution taking place.

pretty much what I would hope to do someday when I have
some money, garage space, and more skills!
As much as I love my cruiser, the frame and body are pretty rusty, and it looks like some day it would be fun to just start cutting parts off, welding armor on, and trying to flip the thing for fun. (of course, I'd have to have a cleaner DD type also).

Way to be a cruiser hero... fun to watch. Can't wait to see some videos of that thing wheeling.

First two are driver side second two are passenger.

And the trailer. I'm not 100% happy with it yet but it had to be done, I'm sure i will tweak it a little in time to my liking and to better suite the truck. The rig is 90 inches wide (outter edge of tire to outter edge of tire about 20 inches from the ground at 15 psi and aligned at 0* toe so tires point perfectly straight) and has a wheelbase right at 114.5 inches now.

Why i had to make a new rear shaft before my clayton trip. If you look at the shiny part near me in the 2nd pic, that was not done on purpose, that was a rock that shaved the shaft down.

And to think one year ago and only a handful of trail rides this was a brand new professionally made shaft. Lol. New one is made out of drill stem.

Who said boggers don't flex? They obviously didn't run them at 2psi.

I loved them ... Patches is looking great

They don't like the loose dirt in Clayton up in the mountain in places, but they did pretty decent in the water areas where the tire was clean, and did well in the sharp rocks where the lugs could get a good bite. The 1.5-2psi of air also helped a lot too i think. They spun in some places where the guys with TSL's and SX's didnt and then they spun in places i didn't. I do think for the wheeling i enjoy the 43" SX is better than the bogger (even if same size) but i still really want to try the rockers out in a 42 and see how they perform and then make a decision from there to what i will run next and stay with.

Doesn't matter what you run you'll change them nexted time... I think the 43Sx's hook up great and flex nice to

I can be seen at 1:55

Joel, do you know how this 3 speed case unbolts from the toybox? Damn thing is loose as hell and I need to pull it so I can get the transmission out and rebuild it.

Crawled under the truck today and found my driveshafts both had loose bolts and the transfer case was loose but transmission was tight still. And having never been very happy with my shifter on the rear case and the sm420 having issues with missing gears and hard to shift bla bla bla. I tore it all out of the truck.

I guess it was a 36 mm socket. Hope you get it all fixed... Man I miss that truck ... Wish I had done ton's myself.

Also you like the wrench shifter arm

Yup 36mm.
Tons are expensive, the toyota stuff mostly worked for you. Not so much for me, pushing it to hard i guess.

I was actually tying to figure out what that was. You make that or was it already?

Mustard dog on Pirate built it all ... High low always stuck but the 2-4 worked ok so I just ran with it

Ah. Yea i don't have any issues with the high and low shifters just don't like the half mile throw. 2-4 is the tricky one sometimes requiring me to kinda jar the truck so it will get out of whatever slight bind it is in. Even more so now with the welded rear, spool and slugs up front. But that is normal.
