1.) it can actually drop a little more still, however the tie rod is hitting the spring here cause the clamp up front isn't attached from being bent up.
2.) lot of flex

1.) makes them 40's look small with all that droop. (I am actually the smallest tire rig of the people I normally wheel with, but I am now second widest and one of the lowest sitting.)
2.) just ignor the old spring hangers...
3.) just thought it looked cool.

Took it for a very basic half hour put around and got the first damage to all my nicely painted parts. :-)

Funny thing is, I felt it dragging and hanging up but I didn't think it was caught this hard. Then I laughed when the 14B caught it only a few seconds later.

Oh and I climbed a nice little wall where it started to lift the left front off the ground a few inches and it was flexed out nicely, I was able to with only one hand turn the steering wheel from lock to lock. SOOOOO much more amazing than ram assist was for sure, and I thought the ram assist was nice. I am welded out back and a spool up front too and even with the steering when on the pavement you can tell a very obvious difference of how it binds up as the tires drag, and again turns with literally only a single thumb.

Wow and I thought it was wide before ... Looks sick

And I kinda like the white wheels you need to keepem

The extra width makes it look even lower ... It's going to side hill Awsome

I crawled a couple of little things last night and it felt really good.

Drove down to Tolar with a friend and his ranger on 37's yesterday and hit up the park there for a little testing of my rig and him to get some dirt time in.

No real problems other than the transmission bolts coming loose when i got there, tightened the 3 that were still there and kept on.

And then i came home to find my ruffstuff D60 cover waiting for me.

That looks like it has evolved into "can't break this." I really love that ruffstuff cover. The welds and heat spread look top notch!

Looking good brother I think it's time to tub the rear doors ;)

I got a bunch more i need to get loaded, these are just the ones on my phone.

Brought it home yesterday after making a new drive shaft since I twisted the other one and it was just a time bomb ready to blow.

Today I replaced the LF spring pin since it wasn't sitting down far enough being that it was just a bolt. Was kinda a pain as I had to remove the tie rod. Then I welded my passenger rear shock back on.... again... I don't think it is coming off this time tho. Got my dome light working again after I had ripped the wires out by accident back in march, also replaced one of my LED strobes I broke back in march as well.

I still need to replace the solenoids for the winch, I have had them for a year or two now just never got around to it. Fix a leaking propane line, and change the fluids in the diffs and put on my front ruffstuff cover. I think I can get it all finished up tomorrow so that I don't have to do anything Thursday and can just pack clothes and put em in the truck so that first thing Friday I can just get up and leave for Clayton OK for some wheeling!

Changed the fluids in the diffs and put my front diff cover on just now. And also got a new liquid line made for the propane that has been leaking for a while. It was made of hydraulic hose which i guess is ok as PSI wise it can handle it, but now it is the proper section.

My list now is pretty small as for what i have left to do on her before my trip to Clayton. Not sure if i will get to the winch solenoids or not, and i still need a bolt for the transmission, but that's pretty much it!

Ok show the trailer mods ;)

Sent from outer space via my mind

I'll get some in the daylight.

Any more pictures of the steering setup?
I would like to see how you tied it into the stock location for more strength.
I also like the width of the truck, it should be nice and stable.

What part of the steering are you talking about exactly?
