Well i blew my AC discharge hose (compressor to condenser) on my FJ62. Anyone have a solution/how to rig something, place to get a hose etc. It's a discontinued part 88711-90A09. Can't find a used one yet...Hydraulic shop can't do anything because it's aluminum. Ideas?

Most A/C shops can make a replacement hose from the ends you have. The shop can braze new ends to the tubes and attach new rubber line.

My set up is custom for my diesel, but that is what I did.

There also may be replacement hoses available?

Nothing available in the aftermarket for replacement hoses. Like doug720 said, a competent A/C shop should be able to rebuild yours.

Call your local NAPA if there isn't an AC shop that can do it. Since you have the ends, NAPA can send it out for you.

I got on line and sent it off today to coldhose.com for rebuild. Thank you all for pointing me towards a rebuild at an ac specific shop. I'll update when i get it back with price details in case this happens to anyone else.

Worked great I recommend taking it off and sending it to them they were very quick too.

Mind if I ask what it cost? The same line on mine leaks as well.
I think it cost roughly $50. I just sent them an email SMS they gave me a quote. Seems like a good outfit.
