Looking to purchase an 81 bj45 with a 3B engine. I have a parts 78 FJ40 that has power steering. Is it possible to transfer it over? Let me know your thoughts or what I would need to get this going. Thanks.

Not sure but I think it's OEM.

79 first year for Fj40 factory ps, 3b requires factory 3b ps brackets, pulleys and idler bearing.

Ok. Do you happen to know of a supplier or rough cost to get this setup?

Only used parts available and not easy to find. Prices are around $600 to $1000 just for the pump and brackets. A factory pedastal ps gear is very rare and can be $1000! There is an electric ps setup now that only requires the column to be replaced but it's $2k I have an 82 bj45 and don't really need ps with stock tires. Try and get to Kauai every couple years, my favorite island!
