Now I know that there is no engine in there yet however does this seem really tall for just a 2" lift kit

A couple of days work on the front bib and it has gone from this to this. Now just got to sand it back and put down some color. Pretty happy with the way it came out.

Looks great Ken, now I get the vents in the hood?

Bib is finished. Just need lights and emblems.

Engine was a no go today as it would appear that I have misplaced or Terrain Tamer has lost my hub for the throw out bearing for my BJ42. This is the hub which slides over the input shaft which the throw out bearing presses into and attaches to the clutch fork :frown::frown::frown:.

Love it when you go to the big smoke for a couple of days and come home with parts for the 40.

Managed to get the last of the rust out of the floor and paint the underside today. Time to let it dry for a few days and then flip her over and finish the last of the paint work.

A big moment in the rebuild today. She is finally one colour all over. Now just to put her back together. Although there is one thing that I must remember and that is to tie up the Kelpie Dogs when painting .

Looks great Ken, looking forward to seeing it all back together ?

All the best,
Frank

Any luck with the seat fabric?

No mate. There was some for sale for $1800.00 enough to cover the double seat on ebay a while back and believe it or not it sold for that price.
