I just bought my wife a 200 series and have bought a set of Rock Warrior wheels for it. I am looking to either put a OME Coilover kit on it or an ICON.

What is the tallest size tire I can put under with either one of those lifts?

Thanks in advance.....

JW

37's car be done should you want to.... 305/70/18's ( tall 35's ) work really welll too.

35's and above will require trimming on fenders and some other issues to sort - and gears become a factor....so then you might as well do lockers and.... and....

I didn't see where anyone on the spreadsheet has ran the BFG
ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2 - SIZE: LT285/75R17

Has anyone ran these on their 200 series? If so, can you post pics?

I have 285/75r17 with Cooper ST Maxx. After running 35s for a while, my opinion is this tire is the perfect size.

I concur with @TonyP. I run 285-75r17 Nitto trail grapplers.

Thanks for all the great feedback guys!

Those are so new, they are just now being released. We should start seeing them. However, even though you can now buy tires direct from BFG, BFG doesn’t even list them for sale, just on the spread sheet, which was updated I think only a month ago.

You should definitely buy some, and mount them on.. oh, I don’t know, some rock warriors and see if they fit without doing anything else. And then, maybe... umm tell me, because I’m dying to know if they fit.

We run 285/75R17 Toyo AT's on our rig with 3" ICON lift. A few pics and whatnot in our build thread:beer:

I run an Icon set up. Ran 35x12.5x17 nitto trail grapplers for about 50,000 miles - no real complaints. Now I'm on a set of 315x70x17 cooper stt pro's since January no complaints on these either.
Im sitting above the 3" lift mark with suspension alone, then factor
In another 3/4" spacer lift and add the tires. Im about 4"+. Love it and it rides like a cadillac down the road and on the trails.

Nitto Ridge Grapplers, not BFG KO2s, but they are LT285/75R17. Here's what they look like without a lift and with a 2" lift:

How much lift do you have on your truck?

One last thing. Have been shopping all over. Where is the best price on a coil over full suspension system with UCAs?

I am ready to order......:)

or you can also spring for a Tundra and/or long arm front .... also Icon now has 3.0 fronts avail so you could almost hit 8k....

all depends of the goal and budget.... Icon stage 4 seems about the sweet spot...or BP's....

285/75/17 Toyo ATIIs running 3 1/4" lift at this point.

Icon has their yearly 20% off right now. Good way to save some serious money.

Just don’t buy their billet control arms. They are an absolute waste of money. Buy a Total Chaos or SPC upper control arm for the front instead. And also, there is no reason to buy rear lower control arms for your setup.

Thanks for the great info! Everything I have seen from ICON just has rear shocks. How do you get the lift in the rear of the truck? Also, where do I find the 20% off of ICON?

metaltech has the sale prices I know - for rear lift you use OME coils.... several options depending on how much load you expect... the 2721's are progressive and very smooth...

Are the 2721's what you are running?
