Mike what cooling solution are you going to run? Straight water, washer fluid or % methanol & water?
Read that the methanol/water solution washes the oil from the valves causing excessive wear on the valve guides. Regardless the proper spray and pressure will help eliminate rusting on components, but will still occur. I assume this happens over time, just curious.

Yeah I'm gonna start with the smaller nozzle and work my way up. I don't think i can adjust the pressure. The pump goes up to 300 psi.I found running more pressure versus bigger nozzles worked better. The higher pressure helps "vaporize" the fluid which yielded cooler temps. I also had a solenoid close to the nozzle to make sure that fluid (drops) wasn't pulled at idle.
Dude that battery mount is ridiculous.
Mike, you mention that you are thinking of blocking off the blow-off valve sense tube. At what pressure is it now opening at?
Thanks, I mean't I couldn't find them at a store yesterday. I know they exist onlineThey sell them all over the place.
