Tie rod ends? Don't know if the 6 shooter arms take something different.
I have the 80 tie rod ends on there. They better not need the 60.

Call 4x4labs and ask about his steering arms. Way nicer then the Fail Gear

You have to call and ask or email.

I'm running Luke's 6 stud hysteer arms with GM 1 ton TRE's. I'm pretty sure he can drill or taper whichever steering setup you want.

Can you post up a picture or link of your setup?

I can post some pictures when I get home this evening.

Disregard brake line setup. That’s temporary.

Thanks, that looks like some serious beef.

In other news, this finally showed up in the mail. Hopefully it helps with blow by oil drips.

Had the day off. Drove home and changed out a wheel stud. Installed my new filter and gonna enjoy it all weekend long.

Might put the filter on top of the engine, haven't decided.

I never even noticed you had airbags Mike. How do you like them?
Personally I like the crankcase breather on top of the valve cover.
These airbags are awesome. They do lose some air over a period of weeks, but I can load up Big Red and ride comfortably. It also helps when I tow the trailer. I'll see if the crankcase breather will clear the hood and will most likely relocate it to the top.

I like those better than bump stops.

Warm day today, decided to take a 30 something mile drive with big red top see how the new tires drive. Over all pretty happy, can do 75 easily and in some instances, I was above 80 and it felt very responsive. At over 70 the temps creep up a bit, but levels off at 200*. At some point I will change out the thermostat from 190* to 180*, hoping that helps a bit.

While driving, this Cadillac Jackwagon kept trying to race me. His front axles and his rears didn't line up right, kinda looked like a roller skate going sideways.

After I got home, I relocated the crank case breather to the top of the engine. I noticed you can see vapor coming out of it. Is that normal?

The hood shuts with a hair to spare.

Did my 100-mile commute back to San Antonio in Big Red. Got many thumbs up and some folks took pictures. I found out the best time to travel is during the airing of Game of Thrones, there's practically no one on the roads :D.

I'm coming up on an oil change, wondering if any of you 4BT owners ever used a 6BT oil filter in their engines. You guys recommend or not?
