I've heard this is the way, but if you can't get it like @bloc go with his kevlar string tool on amazon.Gently heat with hair dryer or heat gun. Remove with fishing line. Clean with 3m adhesive remover if needed.

One of my hard and fast rules is that any time I buy a vehicle from a dealership, a condition of the sale is that the dealer's detailers remove all dealer-applied garbage before I sign on the dotted line. I'm buying a vehicle, not a billboard.
