Ok, much of the following is in other threads, notably the Awesome Ammo Box thread.

Some time ago I cut the bottom off of a 50 cal ammo can, welded the bottomless can onto the lid of another box, reversed and voila! Center console. Just this last week I finished it up by mounting cushion on it and moving the CB to the side of it (mounted with 3M grey double sided tape). I'm pretty sure the whole thing came in under $50, I already had the cans.

80 series A pillar grab handles. $25 from a guy parting out his 80 here on Mud for both A AND B pillar handles. I can't use the B pillar because my roll bar is in the way.

I've read that the bolt spacing is the same as 60 series, but mine didn't have any factory provisions for handles so I can't verify.

Not a FJ60 mod but been thinking about this for a long time.

You know what a PITA is it to crawl under the compressor and fight the spiders while you drain the tank?
I put a 90* on the bottom with an airhose barb about 3' of hose to a ball valve, then some cheap hose to a jug.
About $25.

Warning!! Make sure the end of the hose is secured before open the valve!
Warning II!! Make sure you don't open the valve all the way.
I learned this the hard way. Wish someone had videoed, would have gone viral. Hurt some.

I have plans for the sandwich holder and the ashtray already or I would do that and move the radio.

Oh. Makes sense I guess. Though most of my sammies are on sourdough and wouldn't fit. Jus' sayin'.

You have to trim the crusts but yeah the spot where the clock level gauges went.

I just finished installing my cloaking device off amazon for $24.99. Best bang for your buck IMHO. The kit includes 4 cloaking units, the control panel, and wiring to the battery and switch. I decided to use one of the empty switch panels to install the button on. It has held up really well. here it is in action.

Holy crap with that device "on" you can just barely make out the 62….incredible...

Tried to get one. Amazon says they ran out, "more on the way".

Why can't I invent something like that.
