So it looks like I need a new rear axle housing. 25k miles on the rear. Please don’t judge my lack of rotation. Has anyone else bent their rear axle? With very moderate wheeling.

I don’t know how else you can’t get wear like that on a solid rear axle.If that were me, I'd get an alignment and go from there. Bent rear axle wouldn't be my first guess, unless you've been crashing into things often or practicing your "whoops".

I've got this same problem, 2012 Ford F350 6.7 Powerstroke SRW. Less than 20k miles on my tires - put new Michelin LT245 / R17 Defender LTX M/S all the way around and at around 5k miles on the rear I would end up with very noticeable treadwear on the inside only. Your post was virtually the only thing I could find that seems to be similar to the problem I have. Did you problem end up being the axle housing just as you had posted about? And did you end up repairing it, and did it solve the problem? So it looks like I need a new rear axle housing. 25k miles on the rear. Please don’t judge my lack of rotation.
