Thanks for verifying, I wasn't absolutely certain and could just picture everyone going to the wrong location. I would certainly have be popular then.:whoops:

YUP, you nailed it. That's the gravel parking you can see when you zoom in. As you mentioned, it's much easier to get to if you go to the second entrance off of 76 (Rosemary Dr.). Some discovered that the hard way last year and got more pinstriping than they were hoping for. I highly recommend the second entrance if you are worried about paint scratches.

Yep, I can verify that if you forget your instructions like I did last year, the first entrance is pretty much a traill ride in.

Back to Beasley, how do the trails compare to Tellico 4, 5, 6 and 8?

I can't make the bash this year (I will be in Germany at octoberfest...I mean work).

Anyway, to answer your question...the trails are similar, harder in some parts, and there is a VERY high pucker factor due to the inclines on every trail. It is like riding a rollercoaster offroad.

Me and my navigator will be there. :bounce: I lost 220v to my shop last week, only have 110v. I can't run my welder, plasma cutter or even my air compressor. Trying to fix that, so I can finish some ARMOR!!.... :bang: so far, no luck. :crybaby: At any rate, we will still be there for some GR8 fun!!! :grinpimp:  :steer: :wrench: :hillbilly: :crybaby: and whatever else comes along.

Downhill Dave

I wonder what maximum velocity rolling downhill in reverse will be at Beasley. I may need to put an anchor on the front of my mini. Do they make exterior air bags that can go on the rear bumper?

In regard to velocity, it depends upon the size of the hill. some are quite long!!! Look out for DD. perhaps 300 feet in not enough for Downhill Dave

As far as airbags--I think Sylvain is talking about "feeling his air bags" so you can talk to him!!:flipoff2:

I am sad to say that I will not make the Bash this year. I was intending on getting up there, but being a mom has to come first these days.

Are there no facilities to board children for the weekend?:)

Isn't is awfull how some parents hide behind their children, always using them as an excuse!!! Feeding, then soccer or school or other function. Simply shamefull................

Josh was thoughtful enough to invite ACC to attend the Beasley Bash so it looks like we will be there to talk Cruisers and enjoy another great TLCA event. We have some great raffle prizes as well. We have a couple swag bags with tow straps and t-shirts as well as a Complete Recovery Kit with a snatch block, tree saver, strap, and D rings. We will also be bringing at least one CB for the raffle.

We are looking forward to spending some time meeting all of you and enjoying another Event.

See you all next weekend.
Michael

You guys are awesome!

If someone besides me wins the recovery bag, don't let FJCRUZR talk you into trading is away for something like a T-shirt and pair of work gloves.

I want to win the recovery bag.
