Ummm....I have a bigfoot too. Yeah...a really really big bigfoot. Much bigger than their bigfoot. And I'll give it to you for a bargain price. You can have a bigger bigfoot for half their asking price. I'll just go defrost it tonight for you. Hope I don't ruin it like they did.

Back to Beasley, how do the trails compare to Tellico 4, 5, 6 and 8?
Rick, not water. It appeared it had rained a day or 2 earlier which actually made the "mud" quite good for traction, it had dried enough to be perfect. It also appeared we had been the first trucks through there in a few days so it was not chewed up at all.
In regards to doable in rain, not on your life. Heather is right, they shut it down after a certain amount of rain but i don't know how they measure "certain amount".
I evacuated to Florida for the weekend. Got out just ahead of the Ruskies, thought I also saw Bigfoot trying to thumb a ride on I-75
Not a good comparison at all. Beasley is a relatively small place especially compared to Tellico. Most of the trails are not nearly as rocky and have a # of steep climbs/descents, for the most part they are dirt trails. While there are certainly some rocky places it's just different than tellico.
One of the rockiest places i saw.

You should do fine. Steen drove his hundy last year. You can always catch a ride on the first day then try it out if you feel comfortible.

In all honesty (and don't tell steenh I ever conceded this) his tail pipe just worked its way loose, it wasn't torn off in Tellico.
i think you'll be alright @ Beasley but like infojunky said earlier just catch a ride fro a few hours with another if you're unsure.

But, you are right. There wasn't much left to hold it onto the muffler and actually not much of the muffler itself left. Had to be original but it sure sounded tough. I knew it was shot when the resonator fell off and the truck sounded exactly the same.If it's dry, I think Beasley is easier than 6 and even 5 (at least where I drove with the TT last year). YUP, you nailed it. That's the gravel parking you can see when you zoom in. As you mentioned, it's much easier to get to if you go to the second entrance off of 76 (Rosemary Dr.). Some discovered that the hard way last year and got more pinstriping than they were hoping for. I highly recommend the second entrance if you are worried about paint scratches.
