Same same. The coopers have been great and I will easily get my moneys worth but finding a 275/70/18 that are SL and Three peak rated and weight 10 lbs less? I don’t tow or broverland so sign me up!

Im curious what people have paid for their TRD Tundra wheels 18. I found a set of the black/Grey for $600.

I paid 300 for what's pictured on my LX. I only bought 4 wheels and 1 had some slight rash. My spare is a tundra steel wheel
$300 is a great. Most area me are going for $500-600

Hi @LuckyDog ! Long time no see! Hope all is well on your end. Chevelle is still here chugging along. I sold our Blue FJ40 right after we left Washington, and 11 years later it popped up 15miles from us in Encinitas. So we bought it back and I've been chipping away at it. How's your FJ40 coming along? After kid#2 we needed a better family hauler which is what sparked this LX570 purchase

Second kid, wow, I've been away.. First has to be a teen by now.
69 Firebird project went in front of the FJ. With it off to paint I'm starting to do some work on it.
I'll have to look you (and family) up the next time I get out that way. Maybe sometime this summer when I do a visual check on the 'bird body and paint progress.

When I replaced the radiator I ordered the heater T's and hoses as well using part numbers from a thread here. I did receive the updated T's but I'm wondering if I got the wrong hoses. The lower one won't seal despite being brand new with new clamps. I noticed I have a blue paint mark vs. a orange one

Problem solved and it was my fault. When I cut the old hose off, I scratched the hard line for the rear heater. I took a Jeweler's file and knocked down the scratch, put the hose back and threw on a new spring clamp I had. It's been fine over the last day or so.
Vehicle has just under 83k now and a 90k service was done at 81k miles. So far all the fluids look good and the levels are correct. I'm still slowly changing them all out as I go

Initial family Road Trip complete and overall I am pretty happy with the LX. We went over 2000 miles up to Mt.Shasta CA and back with detours and day trips along the way. I have never owned a AHC equipped vehicle before so it took me a little while to get used to it but I felt way less beat up after that drive than I do in my other vehicles, really happy overall. Future upgrades
1. Aftermarket Stereo addon for google maps and spotify. The BT connection to my phone is kind of wonky
2. If no after market option is feasible, better mount solution for my phone.
3. May want to look into some kind of rooftop storage option for a little more room.

I did the Grom stereo add on and for the $ I wouldnt suggest it unless you always plug in
Its wireless connect is mind boggling bad, even after all their updates and such.
When plugged in it works as it should and at this point it doesn’t bother me, but yeah….
