Too far north. Too far east.
Well Pappy, the test run was successful and your welds look great!

If anyone ever needs a tow, just let me know. :-)

So this brings up something. There are tools and such out there that have been a club resource for many years. I know of most, and have taken advantage of many. So let's start a list, sort of like what Ash did for One Stop Shop - Local Resource for your Cruiser Service.

I'll start, and folks can chime in. I know of tools out there that are available, but I don't want to speak for anybody.

Welding - Pappy
Engine Stand - Pappy
Transmission Jack - Pappy
Right Angle Drill - Pappy
Engine Hoist - Greg, sort of
Large trailer - BigDogKona

Pappy,

I also have two extra large / heavy duty jack stands. Other than that I have all the regular tools that everyone else has.

Once we get our house built I want to put a lift in the garage. I might have to charge a daily rate if someone uses that. ;-)

my flat bed car hauler can be added. I told Greg I would purchase the hoist, but haven't heard from him in a while. I do plan to send him $ and it will still be available for club use.

I will offer my place in Salida as crash pad for anyone desiring a weekend trip to Colorado.

I have the club's HAM antenna tuner. Anytime someone needs to use it or have me tune an antenna, shout out.

I also have a BFH and pretty much can break/dent/demoslish anything with it.

My BFH is bigger than yours. Lol

Just passed thru Salida last week. I saw an"Electro Willy's" at the McDonalds and around town. Cool little jeep.

Vince:cheers:

Hey Vince!
Yes - perfectly restored WWII vintage Willy's.
Except for the electric motor and batteries under the hood.

Great idea! Let's update the club tool list. We have a portable hydraulic pipe bender and an engine hoist.
