I'm still super happy with the door cards I bought from Australian Door Cards. Perfect for a vehicle that gets used on the trail, for camping, etc.

My only recommendation is to plan ahead and buy a bunch of spare matching color fastener clips with your original order. Shipping is brutal if you need to buy a bag later ($40 shipping is what it quotes me).

I have looked into this and the best I can do for the shipping to the US for the fixing clips is $31 which I have edited the website to reflect this

Thank you!

So I was able to modify the US spec window trim pieces with OEM clips from the Aus Spec Trim that I found digging through Toyota diagrams. At the moment it's a 90% solution, and currently working out the final 10%.

@DrLui I'll shoot you a PM regarding the top roll over trim pad.

Do you have the part number for these clips available?

Thanks

Yes 68211-10030.

I was waiting to post it until I had everything finalized and worked out to post my results before people run off and don’t like it.

These things are great!

I also reused the stock US spec inner wipers! I removed them from the stock door cards, removed the mounting tabs, and used heavy duty 3M acrylic double sided tape (red backing) to stick them to the door panel. They honestly look great, and seem to work perfectly like that.

I have the Taiwanese inner wipers on the shelf, but I didn’t want to install them right now. My truck is going into paint next month, and I didn’t want to install them and take the chance of messing them up when I remove them.

Hey folks!

I wanted to follow up on this after my truck came back from paint.

I finally installed the Taiwanese knock-off inner wipers. As @rebelcruiser pointed out, the rear trim had the clips in the incorrect spot.

I was (easily) able to relocate the clips on the rear trim to account for the different locations. I just used a punch and a small hammer to move the clips, and that worked out great.

For anyone (like me) that was holding out for decent trim before ordering these, I'm really happy with the fit and finish of the cheap Taiwanese parts.

This photo shows the relocated clip, with a mark where it was originally.

I've got the aluminium checkplate ones in my barn door 80 series, plus the set for the barn doors as well. Very happy with them.

Those lower speaker pods, are they storage pockets or sit flush? I use my door pockets every single day, would hate to lose them, but would like some decent 6.5" speakers.

The Australian Door Cards are set up to reuse the factory lower storage bins.

I left mine off, but that was a choice I made.

Oops, guess you are talking about some other product.
