Source for weather stripping without using the OEM rollover arrmrest door piece? Still need to pull mine out, drill holes in them, paint, then install...

Inner window glass door seals mounted to the door:
2ea 68170-60040 for fronts
1ea 68190-60010
1ea 68240-60010
Has anyone been successful in locating these seals? I have the abs cards and the window flaps around in there pretty well without these seals. Any luck finding them?

Are you just looking for the weather stripping of the window? They should all still be available from Toyota, I just replaced all weather stripping and ordered through the dealer

I am looking for the stand-alone inner window weather seal that sits where your arm would sit if you were resting it on the door with your window down - the piece you would use if you do not have the wrap-over oem arm rest. When I took my door cards out that top armrest wrap-over plastic section shattered, so the top of my door on the inside now is just bare metal. The 60030 part number picture on the first page is the piece that attaches to the oem door card - I am trying to find the piece that attaches directly to the metal door if you did not have a door card there. I think I am out of luck.

I went through this exact decision a year ago when I decided to rewrap my original arm rests on the door cards. I couldn’t find OEM inner belt moldings anywhere and found they were NLA for most doors.

You can however get some Taiwan/Chinese knock offs on eBay for cheap to suit your application if you search using the proper OEM part numbers. So you aren’t screwed, just expect to not be blown away by the quality and fitment.

Good luck. I searched high and low for them and everything came up NLA. Please let us know if you find a stash someplace.

Well that's just it - I can't even find a knock off for the stand-alone belt molding. I can find the knock off for the belt molding that attaches to the actual door card armrest, but not the stand alone that goes directly to the metal.

Dude…

One part number of the inner belt mouldings that you need later and the page is full of aftermarket kits on eBay. It was the same case last year. Use the search function please.

Those aren't the parts I'm talking about, and don't think the guy I was replying to was either. When you use the australian door cards, you lose the piece that covers the top horizontal metal section of the inner door. Toyota used to sell a part that is in place if this, but doesn't have them anymore.

From their site (ABS Waterproof Door Cards Fits Toyota Landcruiser 80 Series Electric Window x4 - https://australiandoorcards.com.au/collections/rugged-abs/products/abs-waterproof-door-cards-fits-toyota-landcruiser-80-series-electric-window-x4):
Please note if your current door cards wrap over the top of the doors you will need to replace the inner weather strip with a standalone inner weather strip. Door Cards pictured are running without.
Toyota weather strip part numbers.
Both Front - 68170-60040
Rear Left - 68240-60010
Rear Right - 68190-60010
Front speaker cutout is not available

Or.... Maybe it is the thing needed. I was expecting a wide padded piece
like on the US market factory door cards. I don't know...?
Maybe there has been a part supercession?

If those parts are no longer from Toyota what about these as an option from One Stone Armrests

These pictures are the ones for the 70 series, but per their site can be modified to fit the 80 series LC.

Look this is getting old. I’ve provided help answering the questions for the missing parts that people can’t find in this thread more than once now. I OWN these cards. The description that you so lovingly copied literally has the info that I have posted and is answering your question…

The part number you provided is the correct part for the front door cards without the padded armrest. If you do your research you will find that the part numbers australiandoorcards.com has listed works without the padded armrest. Those numbers are not what came on our US Spec 80’s. Those part numbers are different. Hence why I went that route as you can still purchase them from the dealer. The number you searched for on Amayama are not available from Toyota because Amayama is selling OEM Toyota parts. If you want aftermarket please look through my previous replies.

I’m not sure how much more clearer I can be?

These will work great without the padded armrest, but the cards will still rattle as it doesn’t fill in any sort of gap between the card and door frame.

If you want to use the padded armrest you will need to modify it a bit to fit.

Thanks. I must just be slow.

Sorry I came across hard on that. Reading back through I handled that a bit rough. You’re not slow, I just have many hours in finding out the information when I restored my door panels. I hope later when someone uses this thread as a guide they find the info that they need.
Thanks. I must just be slow.

What about putting some tape backed foam similar to what is used on the radiator to combat the rattling?

Also I remember a great video showing how to mod the one stone armrest to fit the 80. Granted this doesn’t show exactly what you’re referring to but this video does show quite a bit about the product and hopefully helps answer some questions as they come up. From what little I have seen I believe they just clip into your metal door like the 70series if you are not running the padded armrest on the door card.

Armrest mods to fit the 80

Following up on this thread and seeing if anyone is actually using these knockoff felts for the inner door weather stripping:

The 2x Front inner part number matches Australian Door Card's recommendation: 68170-60040
The 2x Rear inner part matches the "Rear Left" part number: 68240-60010
There is no part that matches the "Rear Right" part number: 68190-60010
