Aussie Locker

Has anyone run into this. I bought a new locker still in the bos from a privite individual all the parts and directions where in there. After installing step by step with directions my axles move in and out a good 3/8 to 1/2". I know this can not be good. My question is anyone else have this problem? If so how did you correct it. THANX

Did you get the C clips in?

You did something wrong! There is NO WAY the axles move that much if the directions are followed, clearances are correct and the "C" clips are in.

Are you SURE it's for your axle? Aussie Lockers are available for many different brands.

Thrust washers...?

is that amount of movement with or without the center pin in? if the pin's in, it's way too much movement to be the thrust washers and i'd guess wrong model aussie.

Customer called us and we got it sorted out. He had an Aussie Locker for a different diff set up and we sent him the spacers he needed to get the locker to work in his vehicle.

I wish Richmond had that kind of customer support. I need one spring. They advised me to get the spring/pin kit from Summit for $18+shipping.
