I am at 50mm offset with tundra arms. I will inspect and cut/bend/heat as necessary.

Shouldn't need to trim much for 285/75.

@TexAZ like you said minimal trimming for that size. On front I just removed two plastic pieces held by two boltts.

I had a lot more rubbing. It looked like just a small amount, but every time I cut that "one little spot" up front or massaged the mud flap area it then rubbed the area next to it. Looked fine on the ground but as soon as the body rolled around at all while taking turns it was rubbing like a couple teenagers.

I had 3 fingers wide clearance between the tire and the mud flap area, but when I turn the wheel about 1/3 to the right it gets much closer just on the ground, and was rubbing when actually turning (and leaning the body) until I mangled the mud flap mount. I'm +25 offset so a little larger arc than +50 RWs but I suggest you whip it around some hard turns at speed to really see where it will make contact.

Just ran through the thread. Glad you to see someone fabbing on their own. Kudos to you man.

Random Question: did you use Tundra shocks in the rear or go with LC Shocks?

Need some pics of her with the new hooves!

Back into it after 3 weeks. Fresh canvas for pinstripes and dermatologist prescribed no waxing for three months.

Battery died today. I am getting a new one that @indycole has X2 power group 31 from battery plus.

UPS dropped off Slee battery trays for main battery and secondary battery. I finished installing main battery tray after work.

Everything is included in the Slee main battery tray kit. They are military battery terminals, and slee aluminum battery terminal extensions.

Battery is X2 Power Group 31 Marine and RV Premium part number SLI31AGMDPM. I order it online with 10% off (Coupon Code CDP10047) and $20 mail in rebate. Its got 1150 CCA and 4 year full replacement warranty.

Ordered ebay brake rotors and ceramic pads. Hoping to get them installed next week. They were cheap so I am going to give them a try. They warranty em for one year.

I used @NLScooby writeup and video as reference to replace tranny fluid. I used 16qts of Toyota atf WS. New pan gasket, new ATF filter, clean pan with brake cleaner and magnets as well. I disconnected tranny cooler marked in pink, which is top hose next to passenger side near radiator and attached a hose to gallon milk container to collect dirty fluid. 3 qts at time and stop motor immediately after air shows up drain hose. Refill 3qts and drain 3 qts dirty fluid. Followed fsm instructions by jumping pin 4 and 13 at obd port to initialize temp detection to correct fluid level and open over flow plug to drain excess. Since my rig is lifted in front, I end up adding half quart after that so it is back to factory spec level. Shifts are smooth and noticed slight increase in mileage.

Also, added Spidertrax spacers on rear wheels.
