Yes, you can take the black shroud off and loosen some items and them rotate the small air chamber to a different angle. Hint, don't go all the way, it won't clear there either. Go about 75%. Directions in the manual.View attachment 2196084
I had the same problem. A Husky compressor tank drain hose from Depot is a perfect fit. And then the port on the right feeds along fender to bumper.
I remember asking someone about it at Slee and they said the hose ends could be rotated but I couldn’t get them to budge and ended up crimping the hose.

Ok, yeah, I didn't install the manifold or get the manifold kit; I see how those are hard lined there. Frustrating.Yes, the compressor outlet and manifold ends can be rotated, but I couldn't find a combination to match the slee pictures. To make it work, the stainless/braided hose needs to have some give in it, but it's too stiff. I'm going to check out @OregonLC's recommendation on the new hose.

No magic, just air line routing along the side between the fuse box/battery and fender.Pics of the magic you performed at the bumper?
It’s crimped to where the ends are In-line with each other and there’s no give when trying to rotate it.
At my shop, they’re simply referred to as “bitchen pliers”, have been for over fifteen years. IMO Any tech worth their weight has all the sizesIf you don't own these, buy them. They are a great tool and can be used as a wrench without rounding off bolt / nut heads. I have these in all my toolkits
