Yes, I've been using one for a few years now. Awesome things as when I'm loaded to the brim camping, I can still see out the back.
Mine has an integrated front and back dashcam function.

Haven’t messed with one that has CarPlay, but I’ve been very happy with a few different models from Wolfbox. One of the best mods I’ve done.
I use one that works with the camera off the back of my camper that has an integrated front facing dash cam. When not towing it works like a regular rear view mirror, which is practically useless with my dual swing outs. Anyway, it’s great for towing and has good picture quality during the day time, at night it’s kinda rough but that’s probably common with these as it has to deal with headlights from anyone behind you. The screen/mirror attaches to your OEM mirror with a couple bands.
Idk if I’d want CarPlay up there when there are options for that on the OEM screen but I’d still be interested in hearing about that.

I have a wolfbox installed in my 08 LX and love it. I did wish I had a newer model that can Bluetooth clips to my phone but mine just works off an SD card. Not a deal breaker, would highly recommend. It's also a full click in replacement, not just a strap onto factory type thing.

I use this one. It's not perfect but it successfully meets a few of requirements I had.
1) Integrates a 2 channel front and rear dashcam
2) Replaces (rather than straps on) the original rearview. This was to prevent any vibration or stability issues when running hard offroad with the weight of a strap on rearview.
3) Has a remote front camera that installs on the windshield glass to prevent glare and reflections in the forward video
Where it's not perfect is I wish the recorded video were a little bit richer in color and fidelity. The displayed video is generally great. During bright days, could use 20% more brightness.
I do wish it could support a remote rear camera for my travel trailer, but can't have it all.
I have the rear camera mounted near the interior top of the rear hatch glass . Works well as the rear wiper can clear any dirt/rain/dust on the glass. Vantage point is great for looking back as a second high position to the built in rear camera when reversing. The vertical field of view is tall enough that I can scroll down to get a different vantage point on the trailer hitch. Picture might be disorienting, but here you go

How is the install on one of these? Am interested as they have an integrated dash cam.
Is it easy to just tap into the existing electrical of the factory mirror? My 13 LX has auto dimming function so there's definitely power going to it

It's not my favorite job but it's not bad. I know there's kits to draw power from the upper console, but I used a generic hardwire USB power adapter / add a circuit fuse kit tapped from the fuse box in the driver footwell. You can also draw from the fuse box in the passenger footwell. Difference is that the driver side is ignition on power, and passenger side is always on power.
Running the wires up the console, in the A-pillar, and headliner isn't too bad. Just be sure to run the wire under the A-pillar airbag rather than over, which will require taking off the A-pillar trip. Easy. 2x 10mm bolts under the handle, some snaps.
Running wire to the rear hatch isn't bad either and doesn't really require removing any trim. Just tuck it in the seams, under the door frame rubber, all the way to the rear hatch. Some slack in the wire transitioning to the rear hatch.
I use a wolfbox 900. Couldn't be happier after I hardwired it and replaced the original mirror entirely (rather than strapping the wolfbox to the existing mirror). The install looks seamless. Also, my first model went bad for some reason and a quick call to wolfbox resulted in a brand new unit a couple of days later.

Seems like if you replaced the entire mirror you would lose the Homelink buttons to operate the garage door openers? Or do the aftermarket mirrors have them as well?

I think the buttons got moved to the mirror in the LC with the mild refresh in '13. I know they were up by the sunroof buttons on my '11. Stupid place, I hate them on the mirror.
You can buy a supplementary Homelink module. Not advocating for this one specifically, but it's just a ship-powered remote with factory-looking buttons. That it's ignition powered is a plus for security vs a battery powered remote clipped to your visor.

Yes, will be losing the home link sensors but I can just use my phone instead to open the garage.
which fuse panel and fuse did you use for your wolfbox? I can't find an ACC under passenger side panel even though Seat Heater 20A should do it. Thank you
