Anybody got 16.5 wheels on brake/tie rod that would be a 15" wheel if stock?

If so what BS?

I am running H-1 wheels on my 40. I had them recentered to 2.5in back spacing.

I could show you a pic but I am currently deployed again

A few have run them, but to be honest an odd size wheel like that will limit you with your tire options.

IIRC, 3.5" BS is what the stock wheels run, and is about as deep as you want to go without spacers, but it will depend on the wheel width and tire size too. The wrong combo will have you rubbing on sumpthin:meh:

Do a search on wheel backspace an you'll find a bunch of info in the 40 tech section

The one drawback to running a 16.5 rim is the tire itself. They are designed for truck use and have a stiffer sidewall. You can air them down and they don't bulge on a light vehicle like a 40.
