Here are some pics of the weather-strip install, I used the 3M everyone recommends and it worked out great. I did mask everything off to have a clean glue install. Took awhile but the extra effort kept the mess to nothing...
First pic is show off how clean my doors were, love California cars;)
Also wanted to post pics of the windows that I polished before installation

I cleaned the crank mechanisms, re-lubed them with white lithium grease and fabbed up some new rubber pads from closed cell foam for around the crank handles since the old ones were brittle.

I need to mention if I did not earlier that I owe @hindsight a big thanks for his door build thread, it walked me right through this very easily. Here are some random shots of the front doors with new hardware, I'll come back to the ambi doors later...

I got more great stuff from @beno , I got the plastic inserts for the door panels and some other OEM stuff. He also through in a cool beer cozy and a pen! Love free s***, thanks Beno!. I soaked the inserts in hot water and they pushed in like butter. Save my thumbs some wear and tear. Put all new inserts in, even the two spares Mr. Toyota was kind enough to include from the factory.

I can't seem to attach an image. I've had really good experience using masking tape to attach the plastic. The factory stuff is very messy. Also would be a good idea to put some foam tape between the two pulls and the door. Originally it had a small piece of foam..I went a little over board with the foam tape because I hate rattles. Pictures are on this page about halfway down. https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/tucker-and-romas-75-fj40-restore.729307/page-6

Super work, detail is off the chain! Your resto SSCR is probably better than factory new! roma where did you get the foam tape, the carb cooling fan I picked up is missing it around the area that mates up with the vent.

I work at a honda acura dealer and the foam actually has a honda part number its something we keep in parts for two's and to fix rattles.

Thx roma, gotta find some.
