So, I was thinking if we wanted to do some sort of a group feast on this trip. If this appeals to you or you have other suggestions please speak up. Maybe do a potluck each night? So, basically Thur, fri and sat nights. If we all go out to eat one night as a group then all bets are off!

Speak up.

Donna and I are OK for a potluck. Will there be a little coordination so we won't be feasting on nothing but deserts and potato chips.:(

Let me make a suggestion: pick an afternoon to go out for pizza. Drive north to Montrose. Colorado Boy Pizza. Bring some DD's because they also have amazing beer.

Colorado Boy Pizza is every bit as good as Sandia Crust was--maybe better. Be warned though: they have kind of odd hours. There is a Colorado Boy brewery in Ridgeway too, but the pizza is only in Montrose.

I'll bring Cuban roast pork and black beans/white rice.

Let everyone know what you're bringing in order to prevent duplicates.

X2! Yum we went to the location in Ridgeway last year and they had pizza...so unless they changed that in the last 11 months the Ridgeway location should work for pizza. I'd say we have a pint with dinner and fill some growlers for the camp fire. Without asking I know of at least 3 growlers that should be present ;) They were looking for a pizza cook last year and Justin threatened to drop everything and move to Ridgewayo_O

Just got back from Ouray a week ago and found a great BBQ place attached to the Beaumont Hotel. It's on the east side of 550 in town up in a patio. Family style meal with trays of ribs, brisket, sausage, chicken, beans, macaroni -cheese and coleslaw. Fed 5 hungry people with drinks for under a 100 bucks. Check out the hotel when you need the restroom, very cool restoration of an amazing building with a ton of history. I think it was called the Rusted Elephant or something like that.
