Annual Meeting and Elections/ Nov. 1-4 Ride

The annual meeting and elections for President and Secretary will be held November 3rd at Wind Rock Park campground. Nominations can be mailed, e-mailed or posted on this forum; Andy and Howard have both been nominated to continue in office. We plan to ride Thursday Nov. 1 through Sunday Nov.4.
All STLCA members that attend will receive a free club T-shirt, additional shirts will be available for sale.

Ditto. I think I'm going to shoot for attending this. Maybe I can manage to get Friday off so the drive all the way across the state is a little more worth it.

I know its early ...but what are peoples plans in regard to camping in tents, cabin rental, etc?

I will probably be in a tent. They allow two tents to be used in an rv space so my plan as of now is to set up in the grass in either roger or robs rv space. That way I have power for a heater if I need it.

I have RV space C-7 and Rob has C-8 so we have a large grass area between us for tents, also there is space between my space and the bath house. If they are predicting rain, which is likely that time of year, I will bring the club canopy.

That's what I meant! Fo Sho. I really meant passed out by the fire then stumbled to the truck!!

I would like to camp in the area then...where I can run a line over for power...if that would work? Or I can run the gen if I have to. I assume I need to coordinate with the campground..for whatever fee which I guess allows use of the bathhouse too.

Each RV spot fee is for up to 6 people so we should be ok
