Alright, where is the drain plug for the radiator?

For my 72 FJ40. It has been re-cored but I can't find any evidence of a drain plug. I did a search too...

Thanks

And they twist off easy, be careful.

If it does break I found mine was a BSP thread(British standard pipe) which threw the guy in the parts store, Can't remember the size but I'm thinking 1/4", but we found one anyway.

X2 on pulling the bottom hose. Break that plug/tube off and you have turned a 30 minjob into 2 days

Stock radiators, on the passenger side, have a 2-3" long tube capped off with a brass drain plug. Aftermarket ones have short draincocks and lack the tube. Much harder to reach. On my aftermarket one, I took a deep socket and cut out 2 slots to easily reach the "wing". IIRC, they unscrew opposite of lefty loosey, so don't force it.
