After removing 3rd row...what are solutions to cover the arch holes?

I made sure to put all the original bolts back in place. Like others, I installed a tie-down loop using the original bolt on one side and I use it to secure my ghetto-blaster subwoofer.

For the gaps on the wheel hump, I used some rubber mat that matches the cargo mat and made little covers. The covers tuck under the panel and secure with the original bolt.

Instead of using rubber, EVA foam could be used. Maybe this weekend I'll make a couple covers as proof of concept. EVA foam can be painted to match your interior if black isn't your style.

^good idea on using that old rubber mat for the wheel well holes and securing with the bolt! I have several old all-weather mats from prior vehicles, as well as carpeted ones, so I'm definitely going to try something like that.

I do not have all the bolts re-inserted. I put them in a Ziploc bag, labeled them, and stored them indoors with my seats.

Found this thread looking to answer the question of “how do you fill the spots left open after removing the 3rd row”.

Im not installing drawers, so I wanted to share my low tech, non color matched, less than elegant solution- excess house floor carpet!

I doubled it up (aka soft side out top and bottom) and have the rough backing against itself in the carpet “sandwich”.

Time will tell if this works. I just wanted to cover the spots and hope it acts as a rudimentary sound barrier for the time being.

My LC came with plastic inserts for the 3rd row seat holes in the floor. They just pop in. I would expect they are a standard part that could be ordered,
When you say came with did you ask for them on pick up? I'll ring and ask my local dealer tomorrow. Thanks!

They are in the back of the seats. They cover just the holes for the latches, not the holes in the carpet for the mounting brackets. You have them already.

@KLF Do you have a pic of what you’re talking about?
Sorry, all my 2nd and 3rd row seats are buried in my basement, haven't been installed in several years. Latch points in the floor of the truck are covered by ARB drawers and a custom/dog bed.

I used closed cell foam for the floor and the HE cargo mat, and then black gaffers tape to cover the holes on the wheel well arches. Thinking about drawers, but concerned about loss of vertical cargo space, since my truck doubles as a "large to giant breed dog hauler."

Still have the CAD file to print more of these?
Oops, sorry, I thought everyone knew about these. I ordered them from Scott Kerr who sells lots of 3-D printed parts from his shop in Australia. He has versions both with and without tie downs and in different colors. They were about $60 each including shipping and took about 10 days.

Email him at info@spd3.co.au.

I got a set of these a few weeks ago. Absolutely worth it!

Installed the S3DP covers installed today.

I filled the holes on the floor with siless closed cell foam and then covered it all up with a heritage cargo mat. The two brackets on the wheel arches I left uncovered--seems like they might make a good tie-down in a pinch. Those pictured above look really slick though!
