every 100.000kms for example or ?

wheel bearings are relativly cheap compared to the damage and stress it gives when one fails so better safe then sorry offcourse.

But what is a good guide advise ?

I have had wheel bearings that made so much noise and vibration you would think the wheel is coming off any second. When I changed them, you couldn't even see the pits, only feel them with your finger nail. They would have went for a good while longer. I say replace them when they sound like they need replacing.

I prefer to err on the side of caution myself, and check and repack the bearings every 25000. It is a bit overkill really but it is easier to do them at home, in the shed with a beer, than in the bush on the side of a track in the mud.

This bearing I pulled out of a mates 80 Series after only 2 months. You can see it looks a bit burnt and has the odd shard of steel in it.
Don't know why it was the way it was but I reckon he used the wrong grease.....

If you clean and repack them every 30K and torque them properly, there is no reason wheel bearings can't go 250K miles (not KM). Bearings rarely wear out due to simple 'use' - it's almost always some form of neglect.

I replaced mine at 100k km only because I was doing the knuckles and I didn't know the service history. Otherwise, I'd leave them as long as they are quiet.

I just did a full front break job on mine a few weeks ago, rotors and all so the hubs and bearings came off. Just cleaned the crap out of everything, inspected them, packed and reinstalled the originals back in. I'm at 227K miles on the clock without issue.

I repack the bearings and replace the seals every time i do a front brake job. With the proper grease and pre-load, they will last indefinitely.
