Its most likely south american, no heat, drum brakes all the way around, aftermarket top. Its probably been worked hard. At least it hasn't had a recent restoration to hide a lot of rust, but its probably had a lot of questionable repairs, like tape for a radiator cap.

i can confirm the south american part !
as is, what would be a fair price, knowing there is a lot of work on it ?
 
I never will put a price on it, that's between the buyer and seller and I'm neither. If its way out of line, I'll say so. The red 1 is from multiple yrs. With fresher paint, It could have a lot of body and mechanical issues.

better taking the jump on the sand color one from 83 ?
