A750F in 80-Series with 1FZ-FE (2 Viewers)

I sent a question to Wholesale Automatic Trans in Australia about installing a A750F into an 80 series and here's their reply:

Hi Ali

Sorry for the late reply , we have been in the process of moving to larger premises and are slowly catching up.

At this stage the 5 speed conversion is not viable due to the complex electronics and the unavailability of a stand alone control unit.

We do however offer upgraded valvebody kits for the A343f available from our US Dealer.

I was thinking of the same - 1FZ-FE + A750F and came across COMPUSHIFT Pro. Folks in Australia have been using them for a long time. Has anyone here have experience with them? In theory this should solve the problem.
