Hey Don, good to hear from you. Everyting actually went really well. The only close call we had was rolling into SLC about 4AM. There were 2 people on a 3 lane Interstate, and one on the on ramp. The guy on the on ramp decided to get onto the interstate about 40 mph and didn't yield. I ended up hitting the brakes hard to avoid the collision. The third guy on the interstate happened to be in the center lane, which made it impossible for me to move out of the way. Once the guy saw the cruiser shoot toward the center lane from me hitting the brakes he moved to the fast lane pretty quickly. Anyway, everything seemed to come together and we avoided the accident. The trip was nice, we stopped by the north rim of the Grand Canyon. I had never been there and now I can't wait to get back. The other funny thing I just noticed the other day is we towed that pig back without having a fill plug in the rear axle(this was something I didn't even think about). I don't know how the thing didn't sieze, but again we got lucky and it didn't. The more I look into the Cruiser the better it looks to me. I can see some areas that will need a little attention, but much cleaner than what I have. The only thing I regret is that I should have taken the green front fender. I started looking at the white one and noticed that there will be quite a bit of work compared to the other one. It looked so much better the day we picked it up, but I guess it was also raining cats and dogs that day. Anyway, thanks again for everything. The lights worked great as well as the towbar. Keep posting you projects, and I will do the same. I may actually get the tub of my 40 painted in a couple of weeks, which is great news. I really want to finish the 40 so I can start the pig.
Later
Scott
