Sam, sorry to hear about the truck. She had put in a good long inning and had more to give!

Whatever you don't get done just throw in the back of the truck or strap it to the roof and we can have a wrench session at camp Wednesday afternoon so that you are ready to go for Thursday!
 
Thanks everyone, im putting in a day in the office today and a very good friend is pulling bumpers off both cars.

Tomorrow we log a full day and sat/sun @duggy is opening up his shop for us to swap drivetrain and suspension.

Look luck @ENGINE er . The rear axle swap sounds interesting. Can that even be done between those two model years?

Amen brother! I feel the same way about escaping the oppressive southern summer heat.

Crawled under my truck today to have look and I found one of the clamps on my CV axle is just gone. Grease is all over the place! Guess I need to get grease and hose clamps for a quick and dirty fix!
@ENGINE er glad you found a replacement!

Maybe you should try to keep up with the maintenance on your LX Aaron. Just a thought.
