Where does this seal go in the sunroof? (1 Viewer)

In my 2001, I opened the shade to the sunroof (but not the actual glass) and this fell out. It's about the length of the long side of the sunroof. I can't see any channel or place where it looks like it would fit.

Any ideas or a diagram someone can point me to?

Top of the page there's a thing called "Resources"
In there on the left is "Categories"
Find your Toyota/Lexus (Even better if they have stuff for your year exactly)
Found what might be it in the FSM (Repair Manual) in BO-85 for my 200 470. If that is right its called a "Sunshade Trim"
Hopefully you can find it in one of those MANY posted manuals.

Also go to partsouq.com put in your VIN and find the part that way.
Found what might be it in the "ROOF PANEL & BACK PANEL" section.

If someone actually straight knows what it is please help more.

edit: Also did it fall out of the front or back side of the shade?

Thanks, I’ll check it out. I oooked at a few other part diagrams and didn’t see it.

Not really sure where it feel out, seemed like when the shade was half way back? I keep it closed most of the time and this was a panic open to make sure the kayaks hadn’t taken flight, so it was opened pretty quickly.

Not really sure where it feel out, seemed like when the shade was half way back? I keep it closed most of the time and this was a panic open to make sure the kayaks hadn’t taken flight, so it was opened pretty quickly.

Friend was also saying that if it is the weather seal (based on the pics) for the window it might not be the full size if it had dry rotted and broke.
