Do all 97's with leather have heated seats? Where are the switches located?

Yep, no heated seats in my 97. They are nice though, had them in a WJ once.
No heated seats in my 97
LX450 had them standard IIRC.

No heated seats in USA spec LC or LX vehicles. Other markets had them (Japan) The wiring is there under my center console much like the wiring is present for a center diff lock switch.

You can add aftermarket heated seats and then tie them into the harness plugs located under the center console. For the factory/OEM look you can connect Toyota switches, sourced from Japan in my case, and make it all look like it was std equipment.

Canadian spec LX450 had heated seats, afaik. Switches near cig lighter socket.
