During the R12 to R134a conversions on my 93 land cruiser found the compressor High Side fitting is smaller than Lower Side fitting.
Old school R12 manifold gage high side will not fit to it smaller fitting. It's very odd not to have same size fitting on high, low.
Any Ideas and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Get the correct servicing equipment or take it to a shop that can. I did my conversion 5 years ago and then took it to a shop for leak test and service. Pretty straight forward.

Every 80 I've had has had different size Hi Lo fittings.
All R134a
This seems logical so as to remove the possibility of booking up service lines incorrectly.

you might need to find yourself a adapter. Looks like about $7 on amazon
You are correct, he needs to get an adapter, i bought mine off the Snap On truck years ago.

I'm talking about R12 it should have same size as R12 the manifold gage high, low is same.

Nope. All too often you'll see the high side fitting be smaller. Low side is generally 1/4" Male Flare, high side can be the same or sometimes 3/16"

Without seeing what you have....I suspect you need an adapter.
