It was the 38 I believe.I have desmogged it... not sure about the charcoal canister because I am going to have the mechanic hook up all the wiring and brake lines and engine stuff... So I'm not sure if the canister is even something I need or will use...? I'm pretty ignorant compared to you guys on these things. I enjoy the small detail stuff and painting.

Unless you enjoy the smell of raw gas in your vehicle, you will want it.
I suspect you will end up wanting the Aisin carb as well.
Nice build!

Awesome work.

Very inspiring!

You are likely aware but the new tie rod ends are prone to rust. You might have painted them since the early pictures but if not, consider it.

An ounce of prevention.....

With all the attention to OEM spec why in the world would you put a Weber on this thing? Also the OEM 77 distributor is one of the best, why go after market?

At the time it’s what was recommended.... there are certainly mechanical advances is carbs and dizzys over the years. I don’t like points and since it is my wife’s I am trying to make it as driver friendly as possible. I understand your point though and well taken. Thanks

I can only imagine the $$$$ that went into that build to get the results that you did. Serious money for sure.

Did seats myself. Not fun. Think I’ll pay someone to do fronts lol

I’m living on Raman noodles! And my wife has put up with my s*# for 25 years and let me have my Mopars so least I could do for her ! It’s what she wanted. Story of that at the end of build...

Unbelievable job.

was the tub you got well made and had no fitment issues?
It was pretty spot on. Seems solid. Had capture nuts. No emblem holes in rear. Two holes for side panel didn’t line up. But otherwise seemed better than Columbian. Ccot pilgrim tub. Expensive w shipping. Price went up after I ordered and took a while to get it. After they jacked up price on me I was caught between a rock and a hard place. Manny basically said take it or next guy on waiting list gets it. Charged me about $500 more than was originally quoted. Said it was due to their shipping price went up? So....? Thot that was not a real honest way to do business but I had to have it and they knew that. All in all happy with a good tub but not happy how they upped price after the fact when it came in.

To answer someone's question... Yes I have more pics coming and I used SINGLE stage enamel paint. Wet sanded and buffed...

What did the tub end up costing?

Thats a VERY sh-tty way to do buisness. I would think they would honor whatever the price was when you ordered it.
I am contemplating a new tub and would like to give T-seven a go but have always thought about CCOT's. If that is the way they treat customers that pushes me away from them .
